1. Return Policy Overview

At Careme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. This policy outlines how you can return items purchased from our website or physical stores.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Careme within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item has all original tags and packaging intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel and swimwear for hygiene reasons
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

3. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to your order history
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Follow the prompts to initiate a return request
  4. Print the return shipping label (if applicable)
  5. Package the item(s) securely with all original packaging and tags
  6. Attach the return shipping label to the package
  7. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier

For in-store purchases, you can return items to any of our physical store locations. Please bring the item(s) along with your receipt.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility requirements.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For store credit or gift card purchases, refunds will be issued in the same form

5. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.

7. International Returns

For international orders, the return process remains the same, but please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. International returns typically take 2-3 weeks to process after we receive the item(s).

8. Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items, unless specifically marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
